The Factors of Politic and Economic Development
Politic and economic have integration each other. Political policy give impact to economic development. The factors of politic and economic development are :
1Human Resources
The human resources must have a good quality, implementing the values of religion, there are honest, transparency, clean, professional and must have much knowledge about politic and economic so human resources can make a strategy for increasing the politic and economic in Indonesia.
2Government System
The good government system must be implemented by a country for creating a good politic and economic too. It is doing POAC principles, there are planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. It has the real rules.
3Government Policy
The good quality of human resources and system will increase difficulty without the policy of government, with it’s the human resources will actuate the orientation suitable with the system and the policy must have positive unsure.
The factors of politic and economic development are : The good quality of human resources, the good government system, and government policy.

BI Rate...
BI RATE
BI Rate refess to a form of short term, interest rate such as certificate of Bank Indonesia, fixed their interest rate as BI Rate. In view month, slowing of inflation BI decide for drecreasing BI Rate until 25 poin to be 7.5% in this month.
The goal of increasing BI Rate is for attracting bank consumer, controlling, and increasing currency value.
1.Attracting Bank Consumer
By increasing BI Rate, it will attract the consumer for saving their money to get big interest because as usual high interest rate make the conglomerates whose a lot of money save it to the Bank, they hope will get big profit from interest.
2.Controlling Inflation
Since increasing BI Rate, money people want to save their money to the bank. So it may caused reduction of money currency in society and decrease inflation rapidly.
3.Increasing Currency Value
Cause of decreasing inflation, currency value will increase significantly It’s also empower currency value in money market.
Increasing BI Rate not only gave good impact but also bad impact. Increasing BI Rate just gave some profit to high and class society because they have a lot of money for saving but low and class will suffer difficulty in their life, because increasing BI Rate will impact to increasing production cost. It’s related by increasing price of daily needs for people. Also impact to the employee, because some organization diminishing their cost production by firing the employee and it make a lot of people lost their job and be unemployment.
The goal of decreasing BI Rate, the broad or BI Governors estimate that increasing BI Rate will increase bank liquidity and bank will give a lot of loans for organization or corporation, revive real sector. They hope real and moneter sector will get better than before.
The bad impact for dereasing BI Rate:
1.Decreasing Bank Consumer
